A Promise for Paradise

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Welcome to the Dergah here in Spain. Al-ḥamdu liLlāh we are welcomed. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm, ‘ ’, ‘Wa-Llāhu yad‘ū ilá dāri s-salām’, ‘And Allah invites to the Home of Peace (i.e. Paradise).’ (Qur’ān 10:25). Allāh ﷻ is welcoming people for the house of peace. What is the house of peace? The house of peace is paradise, al-ḥamdu liLlāh. Paradise is not only in Ākhirah, in dunyā also can be paradise for the Mu’min. Every breath for the Mu’min is paradise in dunyā also.

Allāh ﷻ is calling people, inviting people for His ﷻ Paradise. Everyone can come, but there is only one condition for him. It’s not a difficult one but human beings are running away from Paradise. Allāh ﷻ wants you to accept Him ﷻ, to accept your Creator. And after this, you can take every good thing.

He ﷻ has promised good things for those who obey Him ﷻ. And His ﷻ promise is a real promise, not like human beings. Now we are living in a time when people are not loyal to what they promise. For their benefit, they use every kind of trick. But Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is not in need of anything from you. Because He ﷻ is giving everything. How can He ﷻ ask something or need something from you! Whoever wants something from another one, he is in need of this. But Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is not in need of anything.

For what is He ﷻ asking this? For your benefit. Because now some people are in rebellion. They said, “We don’t want anything from Allāh ﷻ. We don’t accept Him ﷻ, we don’t believe.” They are harming themselves. Allāh ﷻ is not harmed from this: what they are doing.

There is a Hadith of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam that says, all of you, from beginning to end, you, everything, everyone are praying, they are doing what Allāh ﷻ has ordered, this is nothing at all for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. There is no benefit from this for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And if all of you are coming against Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, doing bad things, not accepting, not believing in Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, also no effect, no harm for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. All billions, billions, billions coming against Allāh ﷻ, nothing affects Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla! Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says that all what you do is for yourself. What you do from good thing or bad thing, you do this for yourself.

And Allāh ﷻ is Merciful, Most Merciful. He ﷻ sent His ﷻ Messengers, His ﷻ Prophets for people to teach them about this. To say to them, “Allāh ﷻ is aware of you. He ﷻ is merciful for you to not to fall in this fault, to not fall in this wrong thing. You destroy yourself. Don’t do this”, they are telling people. Nobody, except of course, Allāh ﷻ sent the prophets, they are warning people, warning human being and they are not asking anything, any wages, any money for what they give from this precious advice.

Normally, if someone wants any advice, anything from these people, whether they are lawyers or ones who give you their idea (opinion), they ask for money in return for their idea. To tell you what is good and what is wrong, they take money. It must be that they take money. But prophets are showing the best thing and they are not asking anything, only to save you. And they sacrifice themselves for this order of Allāh ﷻ because they are chosen people. Allāh ﷻ chose them to warn people on behalf of Him ﷻ.

Prophets were sent for all nations in world. But most of them, most of the known ones are coming from the Middle East area, Saudi Arabia, Hijaz, Arabia, Jordan, Damascus, Egypt, Palestine, all this area. Most of them come from this area. But for other continents also, Allāh ﷻ sent for each nation a Prophet.

Of course, they are from before Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. The last Prophet is our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam was sent for the whole universe; for human beings and for Jinn. And as we said, Allāh ﷻ sent for each nation a Prophet. So there is this old philosophy, like a ‘religion’ as they call themselves. Some of them were disciples for a Prophet or some of them Prophets. But after them, they were changing. Because in old times, after fifty years, sixty years, a hundred years, they can change as they like. Many of them changed and they are following this philosophy. But normally, they take this wisdom from prophets. These kinds, many of them are in India, China, Japan and in that area because they are far and they wrote as they like. For this, they say, “We have wisdom,” [but] all this wisdom came through prophets.

For this, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla made the last Prophet Sayyidina Muhammad ṣallá Llāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam to cover all religions. To give human beings what they are in need of by the last Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam, the religion of Islām. And his ﷺ holy book, Qur’an Azimu sh-Shan which was sent to him ﷺ. It is the word of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, the Almighty ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And this cannot be changed as we see in all the holy books. They have many types, they change as they like. But for Qur'ān Azimu shshān, it cannot change. Allāh ﷻ preserved it. And in Qur'an Azimu sh-Shan, His ﷻ word, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla’s word, He ﷻ is saying what is good for us, what is not good, what we must do, what we must not do; all for our benefit. There is knowledge, all kinds of knowledge in Qur’an Azimu sh-Shan. Everything is in this book. There is to get more rewards, to get health, to get wealth, to get knowledge, to get everything, all is in Qur’an Azimu sh-Shan. It cannot be changed. It is a miracle book for Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wasallam. They cannot. Nobody can change anything from this book, holy book. And it is forever for human beings.

Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave this honor for Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wasallam. The last nation, Ummati Muḥammad ṣallá Llāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam, is the best nation, says Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla to Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wasallam. We are thanking Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He ﷻ made us from his ﷺ ummah. Because many Prophets were wishing to be from the ummah of Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, to not be a Prophet even. Shukran liLlah. Al-ḥamdu li-Llāh. Al-Fātiḥa.
