Love the Sahabah

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

We must know and love the companions of Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, Sahabat RasuliLlah ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said, “They are my companions. Any one of them you follow, you will be in the right way.”

They were sacrificing themselves for the Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wasallam, for Islam. For his ﷺ love, anything was easy for them. For what are we saying this? Because we are here, al-ḥamdu liLlāh, a good place. We are sitting outside, everybody is feeling a little bit cold.

But for the ṣaḥābah - this is coming from - They were in the war of Khandaq, they were waiting. They were surrounded by nonbelievers, by Mushriks and Kafirs. They were waiting at night time for the enemies to not come inside. And the cold of the desert is terrible. They don't have like our Masha’Allah, they put this here on us, one becomes very warm, AlhamduliLlah. They had no clothes; it was very thin maybe. They were very poor. They had only one clothing, nothing more; only one thing. And no food also. When you are hungry, you can feel more cold. They were like this for one month. This is only one example we can give for how they sacrificed themselves for their love of Prophet ﷺ and love of Allāh ﷻ.

Nowadays, people coming and saying, “This Sahabah is good, this not good.” And they are sitting in very luxury. They have everything. After this, they are saying words against the Sahabah. He who says anything about the Sahabah, don’t listen to him because it’s dangerous. Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam cursed these people who say anything about the Sahabah. May Allāh ﷻ bless them and make their Barakah upon us insha’Allah.
