Sowing Evil Never Reaps Goodness

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

(Qur’ān 99:07-08). Allah Azza wa Jalla says, ‘Faman Ya’mal Mithqāla Dharratin Khayrāan Yarah (7) Wa Man Ya’mal Mithqāla Dharratin Sharrāan Yarah (8)’, ‘So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it (7) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it (8).’ Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says whoever does goodness gets goodness. His goodness doesn’t get lost. And whoever does evil gets evil. This is the rule made by Allah ‘Azza waJalla. It doesn’t change.

Whoever does badness or evil in this world, be it an individual or a society, Jama’ah or a government; who sows goodness reaps goodness in return. Who sows evil reaps evil. No one should cheat himself by thinking he will reap goodness if he sows evil. Those who do badness to others think they are in profit, whereas that is loss and not profit. As we said, it can be an individual, or a government, or Jama’ah. Whoever that is, those who do evil won’t last. Oppression doesn’t last. Oppression ends, and goodness remains.

Since the time of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam until now, there have been so many oppressors and people who do evil, such governments and Jama’ah. All of them are extinct and have no trace. But the way of truth, the way of goodness which wishes goodness to people, provides goodness and loves goodness, that true way is everlasting even if they were oppressed in this world. It has been going on, and they are in profit on Judgment day.

Even though the rest think they are in profit in this world, it will not last. In ten years, twenty years, fifty years, hundred years, or even two hundred years, eventually, they will be destroyed. But the way of truth does not fall. The way of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla does not fall. No one can destroy it with the permission of Allah ﷻ.

Therefore, no one should think they will get benefit in return for doing evil and being cheated by shaytan. Allah ﷻ doesn’t help these people. Allah ﷻ helps those who are with the truth. Therefore, the truth won’t fall with the permission of Allah ﷻ. May those who are with the truth be perpetual insha’Allah. May we always be with them insha’Allah.
