Make Dua for Steadfastness

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

‘Fa'inna Allāha Yuđillu Man Yashā'u Wa Yahdī Man Yashā'u’, ‘For indeed, Allah sends astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills.’ (Qur’ān 35:08). Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla leads whomever He ﷻ wants to guidance, and He ﷻ leads whomever He ﷻ wants astray, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. The lucky servants of Allah ﷻ are those who reach guidance. Certainly, people who reach guidance must make Shukr to Allah ﷻ and ask for help from Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla in order to be steadfast on this way. Because even the greatest Awliya’ were afraid to lose Iman in their last breath.

By the wisdom of Allah ﷻ, only Allah ﷻ always knows what will remain and what will go. Therefore, if you always beg to Allah ﷻ, Allah ﷻ will accept your Dua. Dua in which you say, “Make us steadfast on this way” are certainly accepted. But those who obey their egos and say, “I am a scholar. I am a Shaykh. I am a good person”, those who rely on themselves will have a hard time. We must rely on Allah ﷻ. We must beg to Allah ﷻ.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying, ‘ ’, ‘Id’ūnī ‘Astajib lakum’, ‘Call upon Me; I will respond to you.’ (Qur’ān 40:60). “Make Dua to Me. I will respond and accept your Dua.” The most important Dua is to stay with Iman. Making Dua in order to stay with Iman on this beautiful way of Allah ﷻ is the biggest profit. There is no bigger profit than this. Because even if you own the whole world, unless you are on the way of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, you are not lucky. You are an unfortunate person.

We see it often that people are worldly. They have no deed on the way of Allah ﷻ. Unless on the way of Allah ﷻ, they have no value. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says in Qur’an ‘Azimu sh-Shan that your whole world is not as valuable as a wing of mosquito. What is the value of the mosquito wing? What can the value of its wing be?

Therefore, those who go with Iman, those who have Iman are lucky people. Allah ﷻ has chosen them and given them this favor. And those without Iman are unfortunate and miserable people. May Allah ﷻ protect us and make us steadfast insha’Allah on this beautiful way, on His ﷻ way insha’Allah.

There are recited Qur’an Khatms, Salawat, Ayat, Surahs, Tasbihat, Dala’il alKhayrat. They have given them to us to gift to our Holy Prophet ﷺ. We gift them firstly to the great soul of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, his Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, souls of all Anbiya, Awliya, Asfiya and Mashayikh, souls of our late relatives, souls of our Shaykh Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, Hajjah Anne, Hala Sultan, souls of Awliya, Asfiya, Sahabah and Ahlu lBayt, souls of our late relatives, Muslims and Mu’mins. May their good goals be achieved. May we have the strength of Iman. For happiness here and hereafter.
