Mubarak the Three Holy Months

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Insha’Allah the three holy months are starting next week. Rajab, Sha’ban, Ramadan: these three months are holy months. The worship performed in them is more virtuous. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives more rewards. Among the worship to be performed, some people fast for three months by fasting in Rajab and Sha’ban. Fasting Ramadan is already Fard. And the rest are Sunnah. Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays during the three holy months is also favorable. Everyone can fast so. And not everyone can fast for all three months.

Sometimes there is Kaffarah fasting. People can fast for two months with the intention of Kaffarah. Of course, they should start fasting 1-2 days before Rajab then. Kafarah is for all missed years of fasting, not only for a day of missed fast. No matter how many years they have missed, one Kafarah is enough, and then you make up for the days.

Certainly, it is Fard for people born as Muslim. For people whom Allah ﷻ gives guidance to and this beautiful way later, it is not necessary. They can fast directly as Nafl if they want. They have no days to make up. It becomes Fard for them from the moment they became Muslim. Praying, fasting and Hajj become Fard after this. Their lives before becoming Muslim are erased. And they start over as if they are newly born insha’Allah. Shukr to Allah ﷻ, there are many people who enter Islam thanks to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim. Sometimes they have questions in their heads, “Do we have to do so too?” No. Shukr to Allah ﷻ, their account starts from the moment they become Muslim. If they didn’t fast since then, they have a Kaffarah then.

Also, there is seclusion from the beginning of Rajab until the 10th of Sha’ban. Normally, there is seclusion of forty days in Tariqah called Arba’in. People in Tariqah must make that seclusion once in their lives. But there is no permission for making seclusion by staying in one place for forty days. Permission has not been given yet. Instead, you can make intention for Arba’in seclusion from early dawn until the sunrise, or between ‘Asr and Maghrib prayers, or from ‘Asr until Isha prayers during these days. You do your lessons and make Dhikr then, read Qur’an and Surahs as much you can in addition to that. It will be counted as seclusion with the permission of Allah ﷻ. Your rank will be raised. And you will be closer to Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla.

There will be Laylatul Ragha’ib next Thursday. There are many holy days in the three holy months. People should perform more worship in these holy days and be closer to Allah ﷻ. Dua is accepted more. You get more rewards. Your heart will be illuminated. There is Barakah and all kinds of goodness insha’Allah. May Allah ﷻ bless our three holy months insha’Allah.

With the permission of Allah ﷻ, we will be somewhere else next week. So people can perform worship everywhere, Shukr to Allah ﷻ. The whole world is a Masjid for our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. You can perform any worship you want anywhere you want, Shukr to Allah ﷻ. May Allah ﷻ make us steadfast. May He ﷻ not let us lose our footing. May we have strength of Iman insha’Allah. May it be good and blessed.

Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

There are recited Qur’an Khatms, Yasin, Ayat and Surahs, Tasbihat, Tahlilat, Khatms of Dala’il al-Khayrat. They entrusted them to us from everywhere in the world. We gift them firstly to great soul of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, souls of his ﷺ Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, souls of our Mashayikh, souls of our late relatives. Food goodness to come and evil to be gone. May there be support for Islam. May Allah ﷻ bless the souls of the Shaheeds. May Allah ﷻ protect Muslims insha’Allah.
