The Prophet ﷺ Is Showing Us the Way

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

This month is a holy month. All our speeches are with barakah of our Holy Prophet ﷺ in shā’a Llāh. His ﷺ barakah "‘Inda dhikri ṣ-ṣāliḥīn tanzilu rraḥmah". When the righteous are mentioned, mercy descends. In mentioning our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam millions of mercies come down to our assembly. Our assembly becomes good, and we do one of the best things in this world. Dhikr of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, dhikr of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the best thing that is given to people. Some people are lucky to have it. And some are unlucky. For those who don't have it, it is for whatever Allāh ﷻ has ruled. And who are meant to have it must make shukr that Allāh ﷻ gave it to them.

This world is a path. You either go on the right path, or you go astray. Our Holy Prophet sallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam showed everything. And he ﷺ showed this way. The ṣaḥābah asked him ﷺ "How will we reach salvation?" He ﷺ took a stick and drew a long line on sand. Then he ﷺ drew small lines to it. Our Holy Prophet allá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said who walks on this path will be saved. Who go astray will perish.

Therefore, the path is the way of salvation of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, going in the right direction on that way with him ﷺ and doing the beautiful things he ﷺ shows. It is in terms of both worship and treatment. Certainly, that is the matter of destiny too. People worship, but on the other side, they cheat others while selling or buying, or they tell lies. Those who do things that are wrong are not meant to be on this way.

Therefore, the way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ is to do righteous and good deeds in both worship and good relations, to avoid sins. Certainly, mankind is sinful. A person can't be without sin. Mankind can't do without sin. Allāh ﷻ created them like this. He ﷻ created them as such, but that is in order for them to

repent and to ask for forgiveness. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says in ḥadīth qudsī "I forgive sinful people. When they ask for forgiveness, I cleanse them from their sins. I love those who commit sins and then repent," says Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. This is the means for people to keep on the way. It is the means to keep on it. Because if you go out of the way and keep on in the wrong direction, you will perish. But if you repent immediately, you will enter the way of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam.

Everyone goes after the person they love. Whatever he does, they try to do that. The love of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam must come first for us so that we do what he ﷺ did, as our carrying out his ﷺ orders brings benefit to us. Our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam was sent as benefit and goodness to people. He ﷺ was sent as the most beautiful. Following him ﷺ, affiliating with him ﷺ is salvation for humanity. There is no other salvation. Neither in this world, nor in ākhirah. They may be saved in this world, but they won't be saved in ākhirah.

Therefore, mankind should follow our Holy Prophet ﷺ. Mankind runs after the things that will save them and things that bring benefit to them. Even if that is imaginary, they run after that. This is what we see in the recent times. The easiest thing is to cheat people, to cheat them from the side of greed. "I will show you this, and you will earn that." You see them as clever people and they get cheated easily because of greed. So don't be cheated by them. If you are cheated, you will lose. The way they show is not right. The way of profit here and hereafter is the way of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. There is no other way. We ask that Allāh ﷻ give this way to everyone. We ask for goodness for people. Muslims and mu‘mins wish goodness to people. They don't wish anything else. May Allāh ﷻ protect all of us from evil.
