Don’t Leave the Right Way

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm,

“Wa Lā Tattabiū As-Subula Fatafarraqa Bikum An Sabīlih”, “And do not follow [other] ways, for you will be separated from His way.” (Qur’an 06:153). Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying, “Do not go astray from the right way.” If you are separated from the right way, many other ways will appear. And you won’t know which one is right and which one is wrong. You will have gone astray.

The way is the way of Allah ﷻ. The way of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ. Our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam is our guide to follow his ﷺ way, Shukr to Allah ﷻ, to follow the way of scholars, Mashayikh, Awliya’, Sahabah and Ahlu l-Bayt. Allah ﷻ is giving us advice telling us that their way is the right way. The only way is their way. Don’t go out of it. Don’t do things as you like.

We should keep on this way as much as we can. If you say, “We don’t like this way, we’d rather go on another way,” you will leave the way of truth. Who leaves the way of truth perishes. The way of truth is shown by Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And for the Ummah to learn, He ﷻ sent the Prophet ﷺ, after the Prophet ﷺ He ﷻ sent the Sahabah and Mashayikh, scholars and ‘Ulamah. Following their way means safety and salvation. Otherwise, leaving the way leads to destruction.

Certainly, mankind should do as much as they can. For what they can’t do, they should ask that Allah ﷻ forgives them. If you persist and say that you find it more suitable for you, you will make a big mistake and sin. Say, “We do as much as we can, and may Allah ﷻ forgive us.” Otherwise, mankind obeys their egos. They do what their egos want and follow in their steps. They go out of the way.

Therefore, we must pay attention to this. Your ideas are not simple. It is not easy to make Fatwah and to go on a new way. Therefore, be upon the existing ways. Not ways, but the way - the way is one. You must walk on it so that you reach profit and paradise. Otherwise, as we said, people will perish. May Allah ﷻ protect us from the evil of shaytan and the evil of our egos. They are the big evil.
