The Way of the Prophet ﷺ Continues

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:, "Mina l-mu’minīna rijālun ṣadaqū mā ‘āhadū Llāha ‘alayhi", “Among the believers are men true to what they pledged to Allah.” (Qur’an 33:23) Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘aẓīm.

Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says there are people steadfast on this way and who keep their words. They are "Rijal" - men. Rijal is the highest rank. They are the people who don't break their promise. Some of them are alive, and some of them are gone, He ﷻ says. But there is no difference. This way is the way of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, the way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ. This way is the way of Mashāyikh, our Shaykhs and everyone who comes from the silsilah (chain). When someone is gone, another person replaces him. And the way goes on. It is not tied to one only. Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim said this. His words are true and beautiful. People sometimes follow someone. When he passes away, they fall apart. That way is wrong. As the way is the way of Allāh ﷻ, it must go on. Mashāyikh don't claim anything for themselves. The way of Mashāyikh is the way of Allāh ﷻ. It is the sunnah of Allāh ﷻ for people. And it is important that those who follow it are steadfast on this way.

Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, tomorrow is the 10th urs of Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim, ten years since he passed away physically. Most people present here came in those ten years and had not met Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim. But as the way is a steady way, with his Himmah (support) it is going on. This is the most important thing. In ṭarīqah, not to go astray, not to switch, not to go out of the way is the greatest Karamah (miracle) and greatest favour. For people, for believers, for people of ṭarīqah, being steadfast on this way and continuing on this way is what must be done by everyone. Because this way is the meaning

of our lives. What our bodies need is to find the right thing and hold onto it. Who holds onto it will be saved. Who doesn't hold onto it, Allāh ﷻ will still treat him with mercy in shā’a Llāh.

May Allāh ﷻ increase the rank of our Shaykh. May we not go astray from his way in shā’a Llāh. What way is that way? It is the way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, Ahlu l-Bayt, four Khalīfahs, twelve imāms, imāms of madhhabs, imāms of the belief, the way of Mashāyikh, the way of 41 ṭarīqahs. We will not go out of it in order to look good to someone. We can't make a compromise on this. If you make a compromise - there was a beautiful word always told by Grandshaykh Mawlana Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh ad-Dāghestānī: Jannah., “He who is separate [from the way] will be separated in hell forever.” [Hadith]. Whoever leaves the way leaves it and goes to hell. He will be in hell forever. Because that is out of our way.

Our way is steady and beautiful. It is the way of salvation and profit. May Allāh ﷻ make us steadfast on this way. May the support of Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim always be upon us. It certainly is. It is much higher than it was while he was here with the permission of Allāh ﷻ. It can be seen. Everyone knows it in shā’a Llāh.
