5 min read

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.

1Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “Coarseness and all streness, Kufr and hypocrisy are people who hear the call of Allah ﷻ to Fard prayer and reject the invitation to salvation.” Our Holy Prophet ﷺ says those who hear Adhan but don’t pray are far from the religion and close to Kufr. They are hypocrites. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is inviting them to pray five times a day. Those who don’t accept it are faulty and far from Allah ﷻ. May Allah ﷻ protect us.

2Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “For the Mu’min to have loss and disappointment [of hope], it is enough for him to hear the Mu’azzin calling “As-salatu khairu min an-nawm” and not to accept it.” Who hears the Adhan and doesn’t pray loses many things. Their hope amounts to nothing.

3Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “The parts of the land dearest to Allāh ﷻ are its mosques” His ﷻ most beloved place in a town or village is the mosque and Masjid of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. “And the parts most hateful to Allāh ﷻ are its markets.” Now it is even worse, it is the shopping centers. That is because people immerse themselves for Dunya there and in order to satisfy their egos. Otherwise, when they are in mosques, they remember Allah ﷻ and stay away from this. There are all kinds of people in markets.

4Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “When you visit a garden of paradise, nourish yourselves from there, said our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wasallam. Sahabahs asked, “Where are the gardens of paradise?”” They knew about pardise, so they asked from our Holy Prophet ﷺ where the gardens of paradise in this world were. “Our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam replied, “They are Masjids. Gardens of paradise in this world are there.”Sahabahs asked again, “What is nourishing?”” When they asked how to nourish themselves in a mosque, our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wasallam replied, “You are nourished with SubhanAllah wa AlhamduliLlah wa la ilaha illaLlahu wa Allahu Akbar.” He ﷺ said people’s spirituality and soul are nourished with them. They are our food in Akhirah, He ﷺ said.

5Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “The Homes of Allah ﷻ on earth are Masjids. It is true that whoever visits Allah ﷻ there, Allah ﷻ favors him.” Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla doesn’t need a house. But as a favor to people, Masjids are houses of Allah ﷻ here. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is true in favoring people there. His ﷻ

favor is true. He ﷻ certainly favors those who come to visit Him ﷻ. He ﷻ gives all kinds of favors insha’Allah.

6Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “All earth will be gone apart from Masjids on Judgment day. Only Masjids will conjoin.” Mountains, rocks, buildings - nothing will remain. What will remain are only Masjids. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla will gather them all together in one place.

7Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “Masjids are the best places on earth.” Which places are good? Masjids. To be in a Masjid is best. “And markets are the worst places,” says our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam.

8Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “Masjids are gardens of paradise.” When people enter the Masjid, they can’t find such peace anywhere else. It is the house of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He ﷻ gives many favors there.

9Qala RasuluLlah salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ (peace be upon him ﷺ) says:

Our Holy Prophet ﷺ is saying, “A piece of land on earth where the name of Allah ﷻ is mentioned is certainly happy till seven layers below it with the Dhikr of Allah Almighty.” The land of our Masijds and Dergahs, where Allah ﷻ is remembered gets happy till seven layers below it. “And it boasts to the pieces of land around it.” If there is land around it where Dhikr is not made, it boasts to them saying, “Look, the name of Allah ﷻ is remembered upon me.” “When a believer wants to pray somewhere, that place becomes beautiful for him.” No matter where he prays, with the power of Allah ﷻ that place becomes adorned and beautiful. May Allah ﷻ make it perpetual. May He ﷻ give guidance to people so that they see this beauty insha’Allah.

Sadaqa RasuluLlah fi ma qal, aw kama qal. The Messenger of Allāh ﷻ says the truth in what he ﷺ said or as he ﷺ said.
