Keep the Honour of Banī Ādam
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Bismi Llahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim:
(Qur’ān 17:70). ‘Wa Laqad Karramna Bani Adam wa Hamalnahum fi l-Barri wal Bahri’, ‘And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea.’
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla created the children of Ādam, humans, at the highest level among all creatures. He ﷻ created them higher than Jinn and angels. When they are as Allāh ﷻ wants, when they are on the way of Allāh ﷻ, their ranks become higher than all the others.
Reaching that level is actually not difficult. But the shaytan leads everyone astray out of jealousy. He shows that the most difficult thing is to go on the way of Allāh ﷻ. Whereas there is no difficulty in that. As long as Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla destined it, it is easy. If Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla has destined you to be on this way, you are a lucky person. Because it will be easy for you to follow this way, to go on this way.
But it is difficult for a person with no Iman, for a person who was not destined to have Iman, for a person whom Allāh ﷻ has not destined it. He does such a hard work all day long, but when it comes to praying - this is for Muslims anyways; it is different for people who are not Muslims, who have nothing to do with Islam. They cannot approach it at all. They are afraid. They think there is death.
However, it is very easy to be on the way of Allāh ﷻ. The way of Allāh ﷻ is a beautiful way. That way gives you beauty in both this world and the hereafter; and your real life is in the hereafter anyways. If you cross His ﷻ way and go on that way, its end leads to salvation, beauty and all kinds of goodness. But as we said, mankind follow their ego, they follow the shaytan.
This has become in a much worse state in the end of times. In old times, there wasn’t this much evil and this much immorality. There were only a few, but those few people were ashamed. They would hide. Now there is nothing as being ashamed. They think they are doing goodness. While knowing its harm upon him, he says that it is nothing consoling himself and consoling his ego. And he goes astray. Then, he shamelessly asks for an account, “Why did this happen? Why did that happen?” From whom are you asking an account? Some people are rebelling against Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. What is this for? This is the biggest form of foolishness. It is the biggest. Not knowing one’s limit and crossing the limit is a bad thing.
May Allāh ﷻ help us all. We are living in the end of times. We live right in the middle of it. These are the days our Holy Prophet ﷺ told about. These days that if you say good things, they will not respect you and will look at you badly. If you say bad things, everyone will think you are something and run after you. They will be pleased with you. May Allāh ﷻ help us. May Allāh ﷻ protect us all from this bad time.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.
