Know You are Weak

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

(Qur’ān 04:28). ‘Yurīdu Allāhu 'An Yukhaffifa Ankum, Wa Khuliqa Al-'Insānu Đaīfāan’, ‘And Allah wants to lighten for you [your difficulties]; and mankind was created weak.’ Sadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla doesn’t want to burden people with things they have no strength to bear, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. A man is created weak. No matter how strong people think they are, they are still weak. They are weak physically, and if they compete with other creatures in strength, they cannot do what others are able to do. And as they are defeated by their egos, they are weak spiritually as well. What’s important is the spiritual side. The physical side is not important.

Many people say they do this and that. No matter how much you do, there are rare people who are stronger than animals. But the spiritually stronger than everyone are those who go as Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla orders. Spiritual strength will be together with physical strength, and no one will be able to defeat them then. They will be stronger than everyone. Otherwise, they are defeated by their egos, and they lose everything.

People nowadays are all defeated by their egos unfortunately. They’ve become slaves of their egos. They do what their egos want. They go against Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla and think they are strong; whereas Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla wants people to lift off that burden. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla wants people to lighten themselves and not to be crushed under the burden of their sins. The burden of sins is very heavy. It is invisible, yet it is a big burden. It is like 100,000 tons on people. But they don’t realize it. They think they are doing goodness.

Especially in this time, may Allah ﷻ protect us, shaytan and ego have made people so wild that they are misbehaving in front of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. They think they are important; whereas Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying, “I created you weak.”, ‘Wa Khuliqa Al-'Insānu Đa`īfāan’, ‘And mankind was created weak.’ (Qur’ān 04:28). You are created weak, you are weak. You may shout as much as you like. Who are you? You cannot be even dust! Not only you, but also this world of yours cannot be as small as dust inside this universe! And you dare going against Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. You don’t realize the greatness of Allah ﷻ by claiming this and that. You are harming yourself. May Allah ﷻ protect us from the evil of the ego.

Therefore,

“Who knows himself knows his Lord.” Who knows himself knows Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Who knows how weak he is and shows humbleness in front of Allah ﷻ knows Allah ﷻ then. Otherwise, those who don’t know are ignorant. They think they are educated as they graduated from universities and did this and that. You are absolutely ignorant! Leave this. What are you inside this universe? Your huge world is not as an atom in it. And you dare going against Allah ﷻ. We ask that Allah ﷻ gives mind and understanding. Ignorant people are weak people. May Allah ﷻ give strength to us, the strength of Iman insha’Allah.
