The Most Perfect-Charactered One

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

‘Wa-innaka la-‘alá khuluqin ‘aẓīm’, ‘And indeed, you are of a great moral character.’ (Qur’ān 68:04). Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla praises our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, saying, “The best attributes are in you.” In Qur’ān ‘Aẓīmu sh-Sha’n, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says about our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, “The most beautiful character, the most sublime character is in you.” Our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam is the best example for us. He ﷺ is the example for all of humanity. How a person should become a perfect human being and how they should live—in short, humanity itself—is found in our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Those who do not follow him ﷺ possess neither humanity, nor goodness, nor any other beauty. All kinds of evil reside within them. Because the way they follow is the wrong way. They are on a way that opposes Allāh ﷻ; not the way of Allāh ﷻ.

Therefore, the way that will save and benefit humanity is the way of our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. That way never changes. It is the right, straight way. Nothing is beneficial if one is not on the right way. It drags a person to a place with no end. The way of our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam leads directly to Paradise. Never deviate from that way. Follow that way so that you may win. Gaining the Hereafter is far more important than gaining this world. Whoever sacrifices the Hereafter for this world is foolish.

Therefore, as Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla has said, our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam is the person who guides people to the highest degree. We learn goodness, adab, manners, and all kinds of beauty through our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ that we are from his ﷺ Ummah. This is the greatest blessing Allāh ﷻ has bestowed upon us. To be both a believer and from the Ummah of our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Endless thanks be to Allāh ﷻ. May Allāh ﷻ keep us steadfast on this way. May

He ﷻ grant guidance to those who are not on this way, and may those who have strayed find the right way, in shā’a Llāh.
