The Believer’s Life is Full of Blessing

3 min read

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

(Qur’ān 06:32). ‘Wa mā l-hayāatu d-Dunyā illā la’ibun wa lahwun wa la’d-dāru l-Akhiratu khayrun lil-ladhīna yattaqūn’, ‘And the worldly life is not but amusement and diversion; but the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah.’ Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘aẓīm.

Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says, “This world is a game, an amusement, and the Hereafter is better for those who fear Allāh ﷻ.” Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, with Allāh’s ﷻ beneficence, during these beautiful and blessed days, we were together with believers and Muslims on the way of Allāh ﷻ. There were visitors, and we visited also, shukr to Allāh ﷻ. Sacrifices (qurbān) were slaughtered. Ḥajjīs performed their ḥajj. This is the highest degree of happiness. It cannot be attained with the amusements of this world. A person can still be happy. When they do what they want, as long as it is ḥalāl, those deeds become rewards for them. As long as they are on the way of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, whatever good things there are, whatever pleases a person, as long as it is ḥalāl, Allāh ﷻ both records them as rewards for the person and bestows gifts upon them. They are grateful for the favors He ﷻ has given, and their life is not wasted. It becomes full for the Hereafter. All these things become a source of joy for the Hereafter, accumulating for the Hereafter.

Therefore, these blessed days have passed yet again. Days pass quickly. But shukr to Allāh ﷻ, may they not pass in vain, in shā’a Llāh. May they not pass in vain. What we mean by “full,” it means that every breath is beneficial when always remembering Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. It is not wasted, it is not empty. When you do not remember Allāh ﷻ, when He ﷻ does not come to your mind, everything you do is wasted. Even if the whole world belongs to you, even if all people revere you and love you, if you are not on the way of Allāh ﷻ, it has no importance, no benefit whatsoever.

Therefore, this way is the beautiful way of Allāh ﷻ, the blessed way of Islām. On that way, the way of our Prophet ﷺ, the more you revere and exalt him ﷺ, the more you will be exalted in the sight of Allāh ﷻ. His ﷺ way is beautiful, all beauty is in him ﷺ. Generosity is in him ﷺ, caring for the weak is in him ﷺ, he ﷺ cares for the poor, for his ﷺ ummah. He ﷺ will be an intercessor in the hereafter. He ﷺ will always intercede for his ummah in front of Allāh ﷻ. Therefore, his ﷺ honor is immeasurable. We cannot give our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam his ﷺ due. The more you honor him ﷺ, the more you will be honored, the higher you will rise, the more you will be exalted. If you do not honor our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, your worth and value will decrease. You will have no value left. Shayṭān also deceives Muslims. Even if he doesn’t lead them astray from the religion, he at least strives to destroy what those with religion have gained, saying, “Beware! Do not honor him. The Prophet is like you.” It is detrimental for people to not love our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. It is harmful, detrimental, and nothing else. Therefore, showing respect to our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam is beneficial and profitable. May Allāh ﷻ grant us continued success. May we attain his ﷺ intercession, in shā’a Llāh. Without his ﷺ intercession, our situation is difficult. Whoever attains his ﷺ intercession is saved.

Wa min Allāhi t-Tawfīq. Al-Fātiḥa.
