Great in Allah’s ﷻ Sight

2 min read

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

(Qur’ān 24:15). ‘Wa Taĥsabūnahu Hayyināan Wa Huwa Inda Allāhi Ažīm’, ‘And you thought it was insignificant while it was, in the sight of Allah, tremendous.’ “You think it is easy, or you think it has no value,” says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla in Qur’an ’Azimu sh-Shan.

What you see as worthless or unimportant is something great in the sight of Allah ﷻ. It is either great goodness, or badness. If it is goodness, you must keep doing it. What is goodness? It is the orders of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, Sunnah of our Holy Prophet ﷺ and deeds of Awliya’. Even though people don’t give importance to them, Allah ‘Azza waJalla is the one who gives importance to them. That is the most important thing. Important is what He ﷻ wants, what He ﷻ gives and grants. The rest is actually useless things: who likes, or doesn’t like that.

There is a new trend now, “Who liked me? Who disliked me?” We are living in such a time that all understandings have become reverse. In old times, people disapproved someone who did such unacceptable things wishing others to like him. Nowadays, everyone is striving to be like them. That is unnecessary. As long as they are not liked by Allah ﷻ, they are also bad things. They are useless things. You think they are little and worthless, but they are dangerous things, things that are not good.

However, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is Arhamu r-Rahimeen. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the most compassionate of all compassionate. He ﷻ forgives it. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla forgives everything. A child of a brother asked the other day, “Will Allah ﷻ forgive us?” It is written in several, in tens of places in Qur’an ‘Azimu sh-Shan about the forgiveness of Allah ﷻ, that He ﷻ is Afuwwun Ghafur. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is forgiving. Therefore, don’t have doubt about that. Ask forgiveness from Allah ﷻ for things you did with and without knowing. He ﷻ will forgive everything both little and big. Important is to ask forgiveness.

Also, the charity, goodness and Thawab you do are great in the sight of Allah ﷻ. Even though you see them as little, Allah ﷻ keeps them for your Akhirah. You will see how profitable you are in Akhirah insha’Allah. May Allah ﷻ let all of us do good things. May He ﷻ help us do everything both little and big insha’Allah.

Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.
