How to be Happy in Dunya

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

BismiLlahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim:

(Qur’ān 67:02). ‘Al-Ladhī Khalaqa l-Mawta Wa l-Ĥayāata Li-yabluwakum ‘Ayyukum ‘Aĥsanu ‘Amalā’, ‘[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed.’

This Ayah says that in this life we have many kinds of tests or some difficulty. This is from Allah ﷻ. He ﷻ tests us [as to] which is better than the other. Everything for the Mu’min is Khayr insha’Allah; nothing is bad. If he knows that this is from Allah ﷻ, it is easy for him to accept difficulties and anything making him sad. If he knows it is coming from Allah ﷻ, he will be satisfied and he will be rewarded for this.

There is no 100% happiness in this world. Don’t think that who has billions is more happy and more satisfied than the poor one. Because we are living in Dunya. Dunya is not Paradise. When you go to Paradise, all sadness and every bad thing will be outside of Paradise. When you drink from Ḥawḍ al-Kawthar/the Pond of Abundance insha’Allah at that time, you will be a million times happier, a billion times insha’Allah. The believer, even the Muslim must believe in this and he will be happy here. Even here you can be happy when you hear this. AlhamduliLlah we believe insha’Allah we will be there together.
