Live for Allah’s ﷻ Pleasure

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

May Allah ﷻ bless you. We are very happy to be here. In this place, all of the people’s interest is to be with Mashayikh. They are enjoying to be following the way of Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, the order of Allah ﷻ.

We live in a time which is the end of times. The whole world is in Fitnah. Everywhere there is something that makes people unhappy. Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says that who has enough Rizq to live his day and can protect his family must be happy. People now want too many things. They are really bored from Dunya. They are running after Dunya and leaving the way of Allah ﷻ. For this, they won’t be happy. Allah ﷻ is Ar-Razzaq. Everyone has his Rizq. Where you will be, you must have this Rizq.

It is better for people to stay where it is a good place, which is the place they are going to for a long time. Especially if it is like this place where all are enjoying [coming] for Qur’an, for Sunnah, for Hadith, for Dhikr, for Majlis. It is better to not leave this place. This is the biggest Ni’mah, the biggest favor for human beings and for Muslims: to be on the way of Allah ﷻ. And this country being like this is a big favor from Allah ﷻ.

22 years ago, we came with Mawlana, with our Father. We came by plane from Jakarta to Surabaya. [..] filled with rice and people were working there. Mawlana was looking at this and he was happy. He said, “Look at these people, they are two people working but have one handful of rice and they are happy. It is enough for them.” This is how Awliyau’Llah look at people.

People want more and more, but in Akhirah they will be asked about all of this. A poor man who ate one rice only will quickly go to Jannah. It is better to live for Ridau’Llah, the pleasure of Allah ﷻ, not for your pleasure.

We are happy with you and very impressed with the Mashayikh and with Tasawwuf. All of this, you are pure like the time of Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wasallam. Any place which is with Ahlu s-Sunnah wal Jama’ah is okay; you can go to all. Other than this, there is no need for it. May Allah ﷻ keep you like this and make you more and more. This is Barakah for you and it will be Barakah for us, for all of us. Your country is completely different. May Allah ﷻ give Hidayah (guidance) and give Barakah.
