Love Allāh ﷻ by Following the Prophet ﷺ

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. "Qul in kuntum tuḥibbūna Llāha fattabi‘ūnī yuḥbibkumu Llāhu wa-yaghfir lakum dhunūbakum" (3:31).

Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘aẓīm. Our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says, "If you love Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, follow my way and Allāh ﷻ will love you." The love of Allāh ﷻ is our wish. Our goal is the love of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. It is also the reason why we have gathered here.

Mā shā’a Llāh, people have come from all over the world. May Allāh ﷻ be pleased. For the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ, for the love of Allāh ﷻ, out of affection for Allāh ﷻ, we are walking on the way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, for this way is the greatest favour to us. It is the greatest virtue Allāh ﷻ has given to us. We must make shukr to Allāh ﷻ, as many people are not aware of it.

Even if they know, they don't care if it is today or any other day. Other days are sometimes more important for people. But the main, important thing is to follow the way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ. To remember him ﷺ at every chance and occasion, to ask for help from him ﷺ, to ask for strength from him ﷺ are necessary things for believers. Other things are not important. When they are necessary, He ﷻ gives them. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives to people whom He ﷻ loves.

As we said, let Allāh ﷻ love you. It is not important if others love you or not. Some people say, this man said this, that man came or didn't come, and

did or didn't do something. No need for that. People should mind themselves. They must look at themselves so that they realize what kind of favours they have. If they look at others, they will never be happy. And they won't attain the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ, because when you don't look at what was given by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, and look at this world instead, you will be inclined to this world. And if you turn away from Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla will turn away from you. It will be useless.

Therefore, may Allāh ﷻ be pleased with you, as you came for the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ from so far away. We have all gathered here together. You also made ziyārah of Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim. His barakah comes from the barakah of our Holy Prophet ﷺ and from the barakah of Allāh ‘Azza waJalla. Therefore, those who came here will surely not leave empty-handed. Considering those who say this and that – that this is accepted and that is not accepted – as we said, don't listen to what they say. Don't deal with them.

Thanks to Allāh ﷻ, our way is the beautiful way, the way of light, the way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, the way of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, the way of Paradise and happiness, with permission of Allāh ﷻ. May Allāh ﷻ make it blessed for everyone. May Allāh ﷻ be pleased, because our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says, when someone goes to visit his Muslim brother for the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ, a reward is written, and a sin forgiven, for every step that Muslim takes. And he is raised up one rank. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, you made more than one step; there are many people who came from as far as millions of steps away.

Therefore, they will take great profit back with them, with permission of Allāh ﷻ. May Allāh ﷻ make it last. May He ﷻ show this way to those who don't know it, in shā'a Llāh. May they know it too, and benefit from it. This is the benefit.
