The Majority Leads to Destruction

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

(Qur’ān 04:76). ‘Inna kayda l-shayṭāni kana dha‘īfā’, ‘Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.’ Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the plot of shaytan is weak. Therefore, everything of the people who follow him and walk on the way of shaytan is weak. Their belief, their everything is useless. They live such a life that they will be disappointed in Akhirah.

People want to do whatever the majority does in this world. They say democracy and a lot of other lies. Their goal is to show themselves as right when they become the majority. Whereas the majority of people follow their egos, and they have no value. People who follow their egos bring no benefit.

They say “I don’t believe”. You don’t believe, it’s up to you. But they want to make others as themselves, for when they become the majority, they think they will be right and nothing will happen to them. Whereas they know they are not right. They know they don’t know anything. And they know their life is empty.

They think “We will die anyway. The more we have fun, the more profit it is for us”. Whereas this world is not a place of fun or happiness. No matter how much you possess, no matter how rich you are, something has to happen to you. No one can say he is in comfort. If he is very rich, then he’s got even more worries. He works more on how to keep it longer and how to earn more. If otherwise, he struggles more to find work, or work more.

Whereas a man who is a believer works for Akhirah, not for this world. He works for Allah ﷻ, for the pleasure of Allah ﷻ. They are working for the pleasure of their egos. They think if they are the majority, nothing will happen to them. They say they are right and there is no need for them to worship and believe. Whereas the biggest blessing is Iman. They don’t know it. They look for happiness in other places. They look for peace and joy somewhere else. They look for all possible ways. And when they don’t find it, they try to make other people like them.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla doesn’t need anyone. He ﷻ doesn’t need their worship, their goodness or badness. Nothing affects Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. That is useful for people themselves. What do they say? A rabbit is upset with a mountain but the mountain doesn’t know it - La Tashbih, no comparison - Who are you in front of the Greatness of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla? What is your worship? Whether you believe or not, does it affect Allah ﷻ? Ḥāshā (far from it)! It doesn’t. It is for your own benefit.

Therefore, there is nothing as “If people are going on this way, then this way is right.” If the way that most people follow and the majority is in Islam, that is ok. But the majority of people in this world is in Kufr and faithlessness. So believing them and following their way are the means of destruction. It will lead people to destruction. People will be devastated. They will not be useful in Dunya and completely useless in Akhirah. May Allah ﷻ protect us. May Allah ﷻ protect us all from the evil of the bad people.
