The Mu’min is a Beloved One for Allah ﷻ

2 min read

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

(Qur’ān 10:62). ‘Alā inna awliyā’a Llāhi lā khawfun a’layhim wa-lā hum yaḥzanūn’, ‘Verily on the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve.’ Allah ﷻ says about His ﷻ beloved ones that there is no fear for them and no sadness.

Of course there are levels between the beloved ones for Allah ﷻ. Some of them are higher, some of them are less. But many people think that Awliyau’Llah are those who make Karamah/miracles; no. Of course there are the big Awliyau’Llah who have Karamat, miracles. But it is not necessary to make Karamah and to show it to people to be a beloved one, an Awliyau’Llah. Without this also, everyone can be a beloved one for Allah ﷻ., Allah ﷻ loves the believers. And when He ﷻ loves him, this means that he is a beloved one for Allah ﷻ.

Belief is important. To be a believer, to be a Mu’min is higher than Muslim. The Mu’min is a beloved one for Allah ﷻ. This is what Iman means: to believe in what we are not seeing, what the Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam tells us. We believe and accept this, so we become Mu’min. The Muslim is who says Kalimah Shahadah; everyone is Muslim. But the Mu’min is higher, and as we said, becomes a beloved one for Allah ﷻ. A Mu’min is who accepts what Allah ﷻ sends and doesn’t ask, “Why this? Why that? Why this or that happened?” Normal Muslims or normal people say this. They even say in this century that you must ask about everything, you must know everything; you cannot. In belief, you must only accept without asking what is this and what is that.

One important point here is that Allah ﷻ will not ask you what He ﷻ must do and what He ﷻ will do. He ﷻ is the Creator, He ﷻ can do everything and we must just accept this without tiring our head and our brain. We must only accept. We must say, “He ﷻ knows best”; this is Iman. May Allah ﷻ give us strong Iman insha’Allah.

Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.
