Except a Little from Knowledge

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

The Greatness and Magnificence of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla is beyond people’s minds. People of the present time think that they are important ones by learning a few things in this world. The Power and Greatness of Allah ﷻ are much beyond the minds of people. Their minds cannot fathom the Greatness and Magnificence of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla.

We are witnessing now that people think that they know everything and that everything is under their control. Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla has shown their weakness numerous times. Still, they are not taking a lesson. Whoever doesn’t take a lesson means that he has a mind deficiency; because there are many things that people think they know, but they don’t know much.

BismiLlahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim: ‘ ’, ‘Wa mā ūtītum min al- ‘ilmi illa qalīla’, ‘And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little.’ (Qur’ān 17:85). Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says, “You have just a little from knowledge. What is given to you is very little”. With that little, people are giving themselves too much value by saying “We know a lot”. You know very little. There is too much that you don’t know. What you know is very little, and what you don’t know is a lot.

The knowledge Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla gave to people is for people to know Him ﷻ. But what are they doing? They are doing the opposite of that. They are denying Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla and saying, “There is no such thing”. Many people understand their weakness afterwards. As soon as something little happens, their weakness appears. But what can you do?

May Allah ﷻ make us among those who know. May He ﷻ give us from the true knowledge. May He ﷻ give us from “Ilmi Ladun” – the knowledge from the presence of Allah ﷻ that lets you know Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla, knowledge that is useful insha’Allah. May He ﷻ grant us all this knowledge.

May He ﷻ make us from those who see the truth and believe in the truth, not from the denying ones. They are leading people to denial by telling them that it is right. They are harming them. May Allah ﷻ give us from the knowledge that is useful insha’Allah.
