The Greatest Karamah is to Worship Continuously

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh. A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Mankind always wants to see himself greater and higher than others. He wants to be better. Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla made the nature of mankind this way. And that is not a good attribute. The good attribute is to always direct towards more knowledge, more worship and more good deeds. There is no limit for this. You should always keep on doing this. If you say “I have reached the highest rank. I have reached perfection”, you will not have reached anywhere then. You will have remained in your place, or even gone backwards.

The worship we perform and the knowledge we attain are not in order to reach a certain level. The reason we do them is the pleasure of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla. If you do anything outside of it to reach certain point, to become ‘Awliya, to become this or that, or to become a Shaykh, you will have left the pleasure of Allah ﷻ. And you will have done these things for other reasons. These things will be useless then. They won’t bring any benefit. They will even bring harm.

What we should do is keep on the Wazifah for the pleasure of Allah ﷻ, perform Fard, Sunnah and all kinds of worship given for our life. Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla tells us to do them continuously without difficulty. Our Holy Prophet ﷺ says the best of good deeds and worship is the continuous one, to be continuous even if little.

There are many people who reach certain points in this world. And then, some people do without knowing, but some leave the way of truth on purpose. There are groups who say “We have reached perfection. No need for worshipping anymore”. Therefore, we have to be careful. This way is not up to some point. It is the way that will last throughout life. Therefore, to go on this way continuously is the duty of people, and it is for their goodness. If they stop, or see it as a hope or a goal for something else, everything they do goes for nothing. They will be at loss, and there will be no benefit.

Allah ﷻ has ordered us beautiful and useful things from all aspects. People who carry them out, who can do as much as they can and say begging to Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla, “We can do this much. We cannot do more. We are carrying out the orders for Your ﷻ pleasure” – to carry out His ﷻ orders brings the greatest virtue, the greatest Karamah/miracle., “Ajallu l-karamat dawamu t-tawfeeq”. To

show a Karamah/miracle is not only to walk on water and fly, but to worship continuously is also one of the greatest Karamat/miracles. Therefore, we should follow this way, and no need to do other useless things. May Allah ﷻ not let us be separated from the right way insha’Allah.
