Knowledge is to Reach Allah

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidul Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya Rasulallah, Madad Ya As’habi RasuLillah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Sheykh Abdullah Daghestani, Sheykh Nazim al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wal khayru fil jamiyya.

A’ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

(Qur’ān 17:85). Allah ﷻ states in the Holy Quran: ‘And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little.’ These people nowadays say: “We know everything, the knowledge of everything is with us. It’s not like old times. We have tools, gadgets, books and we have everything. We have solved everything and we know everything.” There is such a claimant group, mostly of the educated professors and what not, but this means that they know nothing. If they had known, they wouldn’t have said so. Those who know say that they’re astonished, they submit and surrender to Islam and so reach safety. The others with their stubbornness insist on Kufr (unbelief). Nothing but ignorance comes out of Kufr. Kufr is ignorance. It’s called Jahiliyya (the age of ignorance) which is the period before Islam; the period of Jahiliyya, of ignorance it means. Why? Because knowledge is to know Allah ﷻ and to reach Allah ﷻ. What doesn’t go to Him and reach Him is not knowledge but ignorance.

In comparison to what Allah ﷻ knows, what people know is not even as much as an atom. Those who think of themselves and claim to be scholars and Muslims deny the great scholars of the past and say: “They didn’t know much. We know better”. They try to come out with something new but they’re essentially the real ignorant ones; they’re the ones who don’t know anything. Allah ﷻ will punish them even more because they’re misguiding many people. Most people are thinking that these ones know something. For every person they misguide they’ll have one punishment, if they misguide two people they will be punished twice as much and so on.

Therefore, we need to surrender to Allah’s ﷻ Might and Grandeur so we may be in safety. Those who do not submit and surrender have lost. These are dangerous things. Knowledge of Allah ﷻ is Nūr (light), true knowledge is Nūr. The others that do not recognize Allah ﷻ are not knowledge. They’re everywhere, in the past there were a few universities but now they’re like little stores/markets in every neighborhood. Go do your own research. Elementary students of past times are like scholars compared to the students of today’s universities who roam around doing useless things. May Allah ﷻ give them intellect. We are living in end times, what Allah ﷻ says is happening. It is nobody’s fault; we cannot say it is your fault or his fault. What is important is to pay attention and learn useful and good knowledge insha’Allah. May Allah ﷻ give from those knowledges to our hearts insha’Allah.
